Spodumene Calcination Rotary Kiln
This rotary kiln is specially designed for the high-temperature calcination of spodumene concentrate. It converts alpha-phase spodumene into beta-phase at 1050–1100°C, making lithium easier to extract during downstream processing. Widely used in lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide production lines, the kiln is ideal for battery material plants.

The rotary kiln for lithium spodumene is composed of a cylinder, support roller, heating transition part, drive gear, sealing device, motor, exhaust chamber, sintering part, and kiln hood. It's easy and more efficient for you to operate our lithium spodumene rotary kilns.
When burning lithium spodumene, you can notice the flame status and simulate and display the calcination process by using our industrial TV, it can realize the infrared scanner to directly transmit the situation of the calcined belt to the computer. The utilization of these new technologies makes it easier and more reliable to operate our rotary kilns. Additionally, compared with other equipment of similar specifications, our rotary kilns for lithium spodumene can be upgraded by 10% production yield and decrease the thermal consumption by 15%.
