1. Intelligent Control System:

Disc Granulator is featured with optional machine vision for real-time pellet size monitoring (±0.1mm precision) and remote adjustment. Includes automatic oversize pellet rejection for guaranteed quality consistency.

Our pelletizing discs Utilizes a large slewing ring bearing and enclosed internal gear drive, ensuring exceptionally smooth and stable operation even under heavy-duty conditions.
